Story Weeds removed Allport Road

Eastham's councillors have been chasing up areas where weeds have been a problem. They have checked up on the dates if the spraying programme. They have chased up work where the programme has not worked well. In Allport Road pedestrians could not see to cross the road safely.
 

Drivers could not see them waiting to cross at the lights. After regular requests this worst case has been tackled , the extraordinary growth has been cleared away , with the tarmac path and road cleared of the mess.
