Stuart Kelly, Oxton

Stuart lives in Oxton and attended Townfield and Ridgeway schools. Qualifying at Wirral Met as an electrician Stuart has worked at Cammell Lairds and for the NHS at St. Cath’s before moving into teaching and now assessment of apprentice electricians. Stuart is married to Lisa with two teenage children and two dogs.

First elected as an Oxton Councillor in 1998 Stuart is very experienced and knows how the Council operates and how to get things done; for the past two years Stuart has been the Chair of Wirral’s Planning Committee.
